We believe in baptism by immersion just as Christ was baptized. The believer is immersed in water as a testimony of his/her faith in Jesus Christ. Baptism depicts the Savior's death, burial and resurrection. Our church practices "believer baptism," but accepts for membership all who have been baptized/immersed by other Christian denominations. Baptism is observed on the third Sunday of each month.
Dedication is the acknowledgment that children are a gift from God. Therefore, we encourage parents to have their children dedicated to Christ at an early age as well as committing themselves to the Christian rearing of their child.
The Lord's Supper is the partaking of the bread and cup as symbols of the broken body and shed blood of our Lord Jesus Christ, showing both our identification with his sacrificial work and our relationship with each other in God's family. Communion is observed each First Sunday of the month.
